Non Customer Friendly approach of SBI

When will SBI learn customer care? The way a customer is serviced is very similar to a local municipal office. Even the Branch Manager does not want to be educated or rather reminded on best practices prevalent in dealing with customers. I could never imagine a public sector bank trying to forcibly sell its services and feel unapologetic about the same.
